This warranty regulation is limited to repairing or replacing faulty products during the warranty period.

For any technical problems related to VAD products, VAD Technical Service Center responds immediately. VAD will provide 7×24 technical services throughout the year to solve customer problems at any time. If the technical service center remotely determines that on-site troubleshooting is required, we will arrive at the site within 24 hours and solve the problem within 48 hours, traffic conditions permitting.
Customer training, technical consultation and product application planning solutions.
Upgrade service: In order to adapt to future business development, VAD will provide upgrade solutions according to user needs and network technology development. In addition, VAD will also provide product update materials and corresponding overall solutions for reference.
Equipment maintenance: During the warranty period, if the failure is caused by hardware problems of VAD products under normal use, we will be responsible for providing free maintenance.
Follow-up service: For products beyond the warranty period, VAD will continue to provide users with high-quality paid services.
Technical training: VAD company provides technical training on the application and maintenance of products tailored to the needs of partners. The proposal of the training program, the location of the training and the determination of the number of people can be determined through consultation between the two parties.

Failures caused by the following factors are not within the scope of warranty liability, and maintenance fees need to be charged.
Man-made damage during transportation and handling;
